Nadya KostekNadya Kostek

Nadya is a graduate of Mount Holyoke College where she studied dance and psychology. Nadya is an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer and also Level-II Peak PilateSystem® instructor. Nadya is the General Manager and a Personal Trainer at Universal Health & Fitness where she has been personal training and teaching Aerobics and Pilates for the past 10 years. She is also the Owner of Personal Touch Pilates and offers private Pilates sessions on the mat, Reformer, Tower End of the Cadillac and the Power Circle.

 

Kelly CoffeyKelly Coffey

Kelly is certified by the American College of Sports Medicine as a Personal Trainer, but unlike many personal trainers, Kelly hasn't always been athletic.  In fact, she was obese most of her life giving her firsthand experience battling motivation, weight management and food issues, If your looking for a personal trainer who is uniquely qualified to provide you with the knowledge, support, and real-life advice you need to meet your goals Kelly Coffey is the personal trainer for you.

Johnna BirriJohnna Birri

Johnna has a BA in Dance from Smith College and is an American College of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer. Johnna trains adults of all ages from beginners who have little experience with exercise and want to get in shape, to dancers and other athletes who want to improve athletic performance. She also offers dance instruction for all ages in various styles of dancing and choreography for special events.

 

Keegan YentschKeegan Yentsch

Keegan has an Associates degree in exercise science and Personal Trainer certification from Holyoke Community College. Drawing from over a decade of personal experience lifting weights, training Martial Arts with some of the world's best coaches and strength and conditioning coaches, gymnastics/bodyweight training, and transforming his own body (in which he's gained over 70 lbs of lean muscle) Keegan can design a workout program for any level of trainee and using all types of (or lack of) equipment. Keegan is constantly researching and experimenting with new and cutting edge training methods, as well as the most time tested ones, and only keeps the ones that actually work. What the trainee winds up with is the best blend of what works from both today and years past.

 

Robin MaltzRobin Maltz

Robin has been sculpting bodies for over 25 years in New York City and more recently in Northampton, MA. Robin creates  personalized energetic workouts designed for each client using cardio, free weights, machines, balls and bands. The goal is strength, vitality and a body that feels good to you.

 

 

Lynne Marie WanamakerLynn Marie Wannmaker

Lynne Marie Wanamaker is a personal trainer and fitness instructor, a martial artist, an anti-violence educator and a mom.  For nearly 20 years she has been privileged to work with women, men, teens and children in movement disciplines that strengthen body, mind and spirit.  She is based in the Pioneer Valley of Massachusetts and works with individuals and groups in the greater Northampton area.
